Project Description

This $7.5 million LEED project consisted of specialty lighting, fire alarm, security, clerestory shading, DALI and building management systems. The Bartle Ballroom is one of the top 10 largest ballrooms in the country, boasting 46,000 square feet of space with seating for 3,000 people.

The building sits over Interstate 670, which presented an added safety challenge. Our crews ran primary and secondary conduits over I-670, and ran conduit 40-50 feet in the air inside the facility. The ballroom was completed with more than 10,000 hours and no recordable injuries.
